'REEL' IVING CHILDHOOD

   With this photo series I bring together two of my biggest passions - film & photography.

Iconic moments from famous Hollywood movies recreated & put in context to scenarios we've all experienced while growing up.

- everytime you try opening those impossible ketchup sachets.

- when your mom puts away that box of candies on the top shelf .

- that argument of who's turn it is to fetch the ball out of a bush ,house or gutter while playing cricket.

GANDHE - SUNDHE - MUNDHE

A new comic strip project I'm working on with a friend.

The basic theme is of these 3 hostel mates and small episodes in their everyday life.

I'll be the illustrator and co-writer for the series.

I'm trying out a new style of illustration for this one.

Right now we're in the conceptualisation stage where we're trying to pen down the characteristics of all the characters and the environment of the story.

Hope to start rolling out a few strips soon!!!

A 163 year old era comes to an end.  I will never know the...
excitement of waiting for a reply in this age of instant messaging. The anxiousness when you see a khakhi clad man knock on your door with a letter for you. The impatience while opening a letter. The unmatched beauty of being able to physically feel a message.
